Jason Donaldson

Jason Donaldson has worked in a variety of roles in the IT and customer service fields since 2009. In 2009 and 2010, they worked as a Customer Service Associate at Robeks, where they utilized strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, decision-making, time management, stress management, team leadership, and cash management abilities. In 2011, they were an intern at the Anacostia Watershed Society, where they maintained contact databases, created master checklists of the mammals of the Anacostia watershed, helped coordinate volunteer events, and worked on a variety of environmental conservation projects. From 2013 to 2016, they were an IT Specialist and Sales Support Administrative Assistant at Bank of Georgetown. In 2016, they became an IT Specialist and Digital Banking Support at Freedom Bank of Virginia. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as an Information Security Administrator at DataLab USA. Currently, they are a Security Engineer at SD Solutions LLC.

Jason Donaldson attended High Point University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in History. Jason also attended McLean School of Maryland, though no degree was obtained. Donaldson has obtained several certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in June 2020, Security+ from CompTIA in June 2018, Network+ from CompTIA in November 2017, and CompTIA A+ ce from CompTIA in June 2016.
