Leen Duyck

Leen Duyck has extensive experience in HR technology and data consulting, currently serving as a Product Advisor and Developer at SD Worx since June 2001. Responsibilities include the delivery, optimization, and development of Reward benchmark tools, processing vast amounts of salary data to maintain Belgium's largest and most diverse salary database. Prior to SD Worx, Leen worked as a Corporate/Marketing Assistant at Cerclindus, providing support to the CEO and marketing efforts, and as a Management Assistant at Belfor, focusing on general management support, accounting, and HR functions. Leen holds a Bachelor's degree in Office Management from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool and has a background in business studies from Lessius Hogeschool Antwerpen and Institut Notre Dame.
