Sophie Henrion

Sophie Henrion is currently the Managing Director at SD Worx Luxembourg, leading a team of 90 professionals in providing HR management and administration services to over 650 companies. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Sophie previously served as Business Director for Southern Europe at Protime, where responsibilities included operational direction across France, Spain, and Luxembourg, as well as team leadership and public speaking on topics related to corporate culture and new work paradigms. Additional experience includes positions at USG Professionals Belgium as Business Development Manager & Coordinator, and at IQVIA and BNP Paribas Fortis. Sophie holds a Master’s degree in Management from UCLouvain FUCaM Mons, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from HENALLUX, and certifications in Digital Strategy and AEC DISC.
