Leyla Willems-Altindis

Leyla Willems-Altindis currently serves as the Managing Director for SD Worx Nederland since April 2025, after holding the position of Director Customer Excellence Netherlands from September 2022 to April 2025, focusing on operations, managed payroll, BPO services, and HR consulting. With a strong background in project management, Leyla has been instrumental in driving customer excellence and building cohesive teams within SD Worx since joining the company in 2008. Prior roles included managing BPO and HR service teams, where Leyla established departmental structures and developed service levels. Leyla holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in International Business from Avans University and has further qualifications in business administration and international trade from ISBW Rotterdam and Karlstad University, respectively.
