Dane Herron has extensive work experience in project and program management roles within various companies. Dane most recently worked at SD Worx UK as the Head of Customer Success, leading a strategic program to migrate the company's UK customer base onto the latest product set. Prior to that, they worked at RM plc as the Head of Project Delivery & Operational Excellence, where they were responsible for successful project delivery and managing project management teams across different locations. Before that, they held positions at Zellis (formerly NGA HR UK&I) as the Professional Services Commercial Leader and the Professional Services Project Portfolio Leader, overseeing commercial control, project delivery, and customer implementation projects. Dane also worked at Wincanton as the IS Implementation Services Manager, responsible for implementing and managing the company's project governance framework. In addition, they worked at DHL in various roles, including the Global Operations Excellence Programme Manager, Global Sustainability Project Manager, and EMEA HR Operations Project Manager, where they managed global sustainability initiatives, created and managed carbon accounting functions, and coordinated HR and payroll project delivery across the EMEA region. Dane started their career at DCE Consultants as a Project Management Consultant, delivering strategic IS and business change programs in the Financial Services and Logistics sectors.

Dane Herron attended Loughborough University from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics & Finance.
