Simona Chichiarelli is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in customer relationship management and account management. Previous experience includes service desk management at GS Associates, where Simona was the first point of contact for clients and provided operational support. Simona's extensive tenure at IBM spanned from January 1999 to March 2014, during which time responsibilities included customer relationship management, project leadership for customer satisfaction, and critical customer management for global accounts.
