Abdelkader Berramdane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal compliance and human resources management. Currently serving as the Responsable du Pôle Actualités et Conformité Juridique at ANFP since January 2020 and as Responsable veille juridique for SD Worx et GlobePayroll since October 2019, Abdelkader has a strong background in regulatory oversight, including prior roles as Partner in charge of social regulation at Palmer Consulting and as Juriste - Directeur Veille législative et support juridique at ADP, where management of a team focused on legislative monitoring was a key responsibility. Previous experience includes roles at Groupe MAGG overseeing personnel administration and at Assedic de Guyane, providing legal support and representation.
