Mikko Uotila

Mikko Uotila is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors. Currently the Managing Director and Country Leader for SD Worx Finland Oy and SD Worx Estonia Oü since January 2024, Mikko oversees the operations and profitability of a workforce of over 310 professionals in Finland. Previously, Mikko served as Vice President at CGI, leading the Central Government business unit and maintaining responsibilities in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Additional roles include Business Director and Sales Director at Tietoevry, where leadership spanned multiple business lines including Data Center Services and Public Cloud Solutions, and Senior Manager at Digia Plc, focusing on financial and ERP solutions. Mikko’s career began at Rexel and Siemens, complemented by military training as a Reserve Officer in the Finnish Defence Forces. Educational credentials include a BBA in Economics from Häme University of Applied Sciences and further studies at Aalto University.
