Pieter Mergan

Pieter Mergan serves as the Senior Manager in the COO Office at SD Worx since July 2023. Prior to this role, Pieter held various positions at Nova Reperta from February 2013 to August 2023, including Principal and Management Consultant, contributing to the firm's reputation for high-quality, impactful consulting within an entrepreneurial and people-centered culture. Pieter's experience also includes serving as a Senior Change Leader at Arcelor Mittal from October 2008 to January 2013, as well as leading practices in Agility and Operational Excellence. Pieter holds a degree from HUB-EHSAL, completed in 2008.
