Sonja Kruphölter

Sonja Kruphölter has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Sonja currently works as a People and Culture Manager at SDA SE Open Industry Solutions since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Personalreferentin at AERIUS Marine GmbH from October 2018 to October 2021. Sonja also worked as a Research Consultant at mafo.de from October 2017 to July 2018.

Sonja previously held positions as a Personalreferentin and Junior-Personalreferentin at best practice consulting AG from January 2015 to September 2017. Before that, they gained experience as a Praktikantin in the area of Personalbeschaffung und Organisation at Dr. August Oetker Nahrungsmittel KG from September 2013 to February 2014.

Furthermore, they worked as a Wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft at Universität Bielefeld: Fakultät für Soziologie from August 2011 to July 2013. Sonja also served as a Junior Projektmanager Finance at arvato distribution GmbH from August 2009 to March 2011.

Sonja began their career as a Konzernstudentin (BA International Management) at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA from August 2007 to January 2011.

Sonja Kruphölter started their education in 2007 at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA / IHK Bielefeld, where they obtained a degree in Industriekauffrau, a state-recognized qualification. Sonja then went on to attend FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Management. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Soziologie at Bielefeld University from 2011 to 2014.
