Lone Dahl Bilstrup has extensive work experience in various HR and management roles. Lone Dahl most recently served as the Head of HR Legal & Labour Relations at SDC, where they focused on HR management, change management, and leadership consulting. Prior to that, they held the position of Director HR at SDC Group. Before joining SDC, Lone worked at Sparbank, first as the HR Juridisk Chef, responsible for implementing and complying with labor laws and agreements, and later as the Afdelingschef, overseeing personnel administration and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Lone Dahl began their career as an Elev and kunderådgiver at Skive Sparekasse and eventually became Filialbestyrer, responsible for the daily operations and budget of smaller branches. Lone also had roles as Uddannelseskonsulent, Rekrutteringskonsulent, and Organisationskonsulent at Sparbank Vest, where they focused on employee development, education planning, and internal training programs.

Lone Dahl Bilstrup's education history begins in 1984 when they attended Herning Handelsskole and obtained a degree in Pengeinstitut, which is the study of financial institutions. Lone Dahl then enrolled in Skive Handelsskole in 1986 and completed a degree in Finansiering, focusing on financing. From 1988 to 1993, Lone attended Handelshøjskolen i Herning, where they obtained a degree in Organisation og virksomhedsledelse, which focuses on organization and business management.
