Lone Dahl Bilstrup has extensive work experience in various HR and management roles. Lone Dahl most recently served as the Head of HR Legal & Labour Relations at SDC, where they focused on HR management, change management, and leadership consulting. Before joining SDC, Lone worked at Sparbank, first as the HR Juridisk Chef, responsible for implementing and complying with labor laws and agreements, and later as the Afdelingschef, overseeing personnel administration and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
