Carolina Olmo Mellado has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Carolina is currently working as a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist at SDG Group, where they help clients understand and analyze their data. Prior to this, they worked at SOAINT as a Talent Attraction Senior Analyst and HR Recruiting Analyst, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection processes, publishing job offers, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.
