Romain Baleynaud

Romain Baleynaud has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis, software integration, system engineering, and project management. Romain started their career as a R&D Engineer intern at Medex by Guerbet in 2014. Romain then worked as a Benches/Project Engineer at SERMA INGENIERIE from 2016 to 2018, specifically for Renault.

From 2018 to 2020, Romain worked at Groupe SII. Romain initially served as a Software Integration and Validation Engineer for MBDA, where they were responsible for setting up software tests, drafting test reports, and diagnosing failures. Later, they joined THALES as a System Engineer, where they managed the JIRA database, collaborated with different teams, and improved technical problem management processes.

Currently, Romain is a Data Analyst at SDG Group since November 2021. In this role, they develop and optimizes data workflows, implements solutions for data quality and security, and ensures the reliability and consistency of disseminated data.

Throughout their career, Romain has gained valuable experience in various technical roles, demonstrating their ability to adapt and contribute effectively to different projects and industries.

Romain Baleynaud completed their education at EAE Business School from 2020 to 2021, where they earned a Master's degree in Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration. Prior to that, they pursued an Engineering master's degree at ESIGELEC: ÉCOLE D'INGÉNIEURS-ES GÉNÉRALISTES from 2011 to 2014, specializing in Electronics Engineering. Additionally, Romain obtained several certifications related to data science and machine learning. In May 2020, they completed the "Applied Machine Learning in Python" course from Coursera. In April 2020, they completed the "Applied Plotting, Charting & Data Representation in Python" course, and in March 2020, they completed the "Introduction to Data Science in Python" course, also offered by Coursera.
