Marcy Conn

Marcy Conn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, analytics, and education. Currently serving as a Partner at Strategic Decisions Group since 2022, Marcy has previously held significant roles including Director of Strategy & Analytics at Second Harvest of Silicon Valley from 2019 to 2021, and Management Consultant at MConn from 2001 to 2019. Marcy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science as well as a Master's in Operations Research from Stanford University, an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, and a degree in Secondary Teaching from San Francisco State University. In addition, Marcy has contributed to education as Chair of the Math Department and faculty member at Castilleja School. Prior experience at Strategic Decisions Group as Principal from 1987 to 2000 further underscores Marcy's expertise in strategic decision-making.
