Mark Raffel

Mark Raffel, Chief Operating Officer, joined SDI in 2007 and is responsible for overall delivery across the firm’s client portfolio. In this role, Mr. Raffel facilitates the transition of sales to project engagements, where he monitors key performance metrics and ensures quality client delivery. In addition, Mr. Raffel acts as the project manager for all acquisitions by SDI.

Prior to joining SDI, Mr. Raffel held various client-facing service delivery, and operations positions with Whittman-Hart, a Chicago-based IT services firm. Prior to Whittman-Hart, Mr. Raffel worked for Ernst & Young as a project manager for several clients and at EDS as a system developer/team leader in their automotive group. Mr. Raffel received his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Colorado.
