Michelle Adams has extensive experience in business analysis and project management, having held various roles in notable companies including enGen, Donegal Insurance Group, NASCO, United Concordia Dental, IBM, and DST Health. At enGen, Michelle served as Business Requirement Lead, facilitating collaboration sessions with multiple stakeholders to develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents. Previous positions included responsibilities such as testing and ensuring accurate reporting of insurance data at Donegal Insurance Group, managing business systems and integration requirements at NASCO, and conducting extensive project management at IBM. Michelle's career began at Highmark Blue Shield, where foundational administrative support skills were developed. Education includes training from Springhouse Education & Consulting Services and HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
