Paola Perez

Paola Perez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue operations and customer service. Currently serving as Revenue Operations Manager at San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) since December 2015, Paola has held several key roles within the organization, including Revenue Operations Supervisor, Payroll Coordinator, and Assistant Transit Store Supervisor. Prior to this, Paola worked as a Customer Service Representative at Phone Ware Inc., specializing in phone sales.
