Patrick Ma has extensive work experience in supply chain and operations management. Patrick started their career at Qantas in 1987 and held various roles, including Planning Analyst, Controller, Manager of Materials Management, and Manager of Distribution & Logistics Projects. In 2003, they joined Unical Aviation and served as Vice President of Operations and later as Senior Vice President. In 2014, they moved to HAECO, where they initially served as Group Assistant General Manager of Materials Management & Supply Chain and later as General Manager of Procurement and the New Airport Maintenance Facility Project Team. Since 2016, they have been working as the Director of Supply Chain & Operations at the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS).
Patrick Ma obtained their Masters degree in Supply Chain Management and International Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney, where they attended from 1998 to 2000. Later, in 2003 and 2004, they attended Pepperdine Graziadio Business School to pursue their MBA degree.
