Billy Volek

Billy Volek has a diverse work experience in the field of telecommunications. Billy started their career as a Telecommunications Intern at Venture Communications in 2001. In 2003, they joined Caprock Communications as an Offshore Communications Technician. Billy then joined Andrew Corporation in 2004 as a Satellite Test Technician, where they traveled globally and led or assisted in the installation, testing, and assurance of satellite antenna products and systems reliability. In 2008, Billy joined SDN Communications as an Engineering Technician, where they worked until 2012. Billy then transitioned into the role of Operations Engineer at SDN Communications until 2022, and is currently working as a Field Services Engineer at the same company.

Billy Volek completed their education from 2000 to 2003 at Mitchell Technical Institute and Mitchell Technical College. Billy obtained an A.A.S in Satellite and Telecommunications from Mitchell Technical Institute and an Associate's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Mitchell Technical College.
