Erika Temporal, PHR, is a Global People-First HR Leader with a decade of experience in employee relations and talent management. They have held positions such as Senior Human Resources Specialist at Human Longevity, Inc. and Senior Human Resources Generalist at BioMed Realty, where they managed onboarding and recruitment processes, and led diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently, Erika serves as a Human Resources Manager at SDRE, while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at San Diego State University.
