Koen Aarns

Koen Aarns serves as the AI Product Lead at Sdu since February 2023, where the focus is on developing GenIA-L, an AI legal research assistant that delivers trustworthy answers to legal inquiries. Prior to this role, Koen founded and led Bluetick from June 2019 until its acquisition by Sdu, innovating legal research by enabling legal professionals to access relevant content effortlessly. Koen's earlier experience includes a position as a Data Scientist at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, where projects in people analytics were successfully conducted. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Data Science from Jheronimus Academy of Data Science and a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from Tilburg University.
