Katharina Froh is an experienced professional specializing in customer growth and innovation within the education sector, currently serving as Director of Customer Growth & Delivery and Head of Customer Growth & Innovation at Sdui since March 2023. Previously, Katharina was a Venture Architect at SQUARED - the innovation factory by OBI, where research-based and customer-focused business models were developed, particularly in the "Green Homes" venture space. As a co-founder and managing director of pilea pergé GmbH, Katharina played a key role in digitalizing the purchase of houseplants, transforming the D2C market. Earlier experience includes positions as Operations Manager at Transprotec GmbH and Marketing and Project Manager for Strathclyde Business Network, where significant events were organized to bridge the gap between students and industry professionals.
