San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program is a nonprofit organization that provides free legal services to low income individuals throughout San Diego County. 
SDVLP serves the most vulnerable members of our community: the homeless, abused children, domestic violence victims, elder abuse victims, veterans, immigrants, and HIV/AIDS sufferers. More than 75% of SDVLP's clients are women and children.

Mission Statement:  To provide equal access to the justice system by serving as a bridge between indigent and other disadvantaged people in San Diego County and the volunteer lawyers and others who are willing to donate their time and resources.

The Legal Team at San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, Inc. is responsible for delivering free legal services to economically disadvantaged individuals in San Diego County. The team, consisting of attorneys and legal administrative assistants, works on cases involving homelessness, child abuse, domestic violence, elder abuse, veterans’ issues, immigration, and HIV/AIDS-related legal concerns. By coordinating the efforts of volunteer lawyers and managing pro bono initiatives, they ensure that vulnerable community members receive the legal assistance needed to access justice.
