Leanne James

Leanne James has over 15 years of leadership experience in the energy sector, during which they excelled in building relationships and managing sales processes, ultimately delivering impressive results in customer retention and revenue generation. After taking a career break to focus on family and pursue a passion for sport, Leanne remains active as a Board Trustee for Active Oxfordshire and is currently an Associate Director at SE Advisory Services. They have a BSc in Sports, Fitness & Coaching from The Open University and completed executive education in strategic marketing at London Business School. Leanne draws on their experiences in both business and athletics to foster resilience and continuous improvement.
