Brian Scifers has over 20 years of experience in engineering and project management. Brian began their career at Civiltech Engineering Inc. as an Engineer and worked there from 1996 to 2001. Brian then joined Patrick Engineering Inc. as a Transportation Engineer from 2001 to 2003. Following that, Brian worked at the City of Chandler as a Signal Systems Engineer from 2003 to 2006. Brian then moved on to Stanley Consultants where they served as a Principal Transportation Engineer from 2006 to 2010. At Stanley Consultants, they were responsible for traffic circulation studies, crash analyses, traffic signal design, and contract plans. From 2010 to 2012, Brian worked at EJM Engineering as a Senior Transportation Engineer, where they managed and delivered various transportation projects including interstate rehabilitation, local agency traffic signal improvements, and traffic studies. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Project Delivery at SE3, a role they have been in since February 2018. Throughout their career, Brian has been involved in delivering high-quality projects and has gained expertise in traffic engineering and project management.

Brian Scifers attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Prior to their college education, they also attended Ottawa Township High School, although specific details about their degree or field of study during this time are not provided.
