Cezary Mudyna

Cezary Mudyna has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cezary currently holds the role of CTO at Setapp, where they focus on introducing healthy work practices, managing tech projects, and implementing agile practices. Cezary also serves as the Director of Engineering at Sea/ by Maritech, where they enhance communication and culture patterns for employees and partners. Previously, Cezary held the positions of CEO and COO/CTO at Setapp, where they helped transport, logistics, and training companies implement new technologies. Cezary was also a Co-Owner at Fooga and a Mentor at xEdu. Prior to that, Cezary worked at Pearson as a Software Engineering Director and an IT Director, leading teams of skilled engineers. Cezary also has experience as an IT Director at IOKI sp. z o.o. and as a PHP Programmer at QXL. Cezary started their career as a Full Stack Software Engineer at Interpolcom sp. z o.o.

Cezary Mudyna's education history begins in 2001 when they started studying at the Poznan University of Technology. Cezary pursued a degree in IT and completed their studies in 2007.
