Betsy Martin is an accomplished recruiting and talent expert with over 15 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Recruiting and Talent Lead at Sea Change Advisors since January 2018, Betsy collaborates with climate tech innovators to address their talent needs through tailored recruiting solutions. As the Founder and CEO of Betsy & Co Talent, also established in January 2018, Betsy focuses on assisting Seed to Series B startups in identifying and sourcing critical talent. Prior experience includes a 17-year tenure at Motion Recruitment, where Betsy held multiple leadership roles, culminating in the position of Regional Director of Recruiting. Betsy holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Western Washington University.
