Sean McCarty

Sean McCarty has a diverse work experience in various industries. Sean started their career in 2010 as a Laborer at SEA CON LLC. In 2011, they worked as a Recreation Coordinator and Nutrition Program Manager at The Max Higbee Center, where they provided activity management and supervised clients with disabilities. In 2013, Sean worked as a Retail Sales Merchandiser at Advantage Sales & Marketing, providing full store services to large retail clients. Sean also had a role as a Front End/Shift Lead at AB Crepes during that time. Since 2014, Sean has been working at SEA CON LLC in different roles including Project Engineer, Project Superintendent, and currently as a Project Manager. In their role as a Project Engineer, they managed people, resources, and tasks across all stages and silos of construction. Sean has worked on various projects and aims to provide cost-efficient, timely, and safe services to customers.

Sean McCarty received their high school diploma from Interlake High School in 2009. Sean then went on to attend Western Washington University from 2009 to 2013, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
