Niels Bouter is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in front-of-house management and sales within the hotel industry. Currently serving as the Front of House Manager at Sea Containers London since October 2023, Niels previously contributed to the pre-opening team at One Hundred Shoreditch as Assistant Front of House Manager, where responsibilities included establishing operating standards, training staff, and overseeing guest engagement. Prior roles at The Standard Hotels encompassed positions from Sales Executive to Senior Sales Manager, focusing on sales strategy, account management, and revenue budgeting. Niels began a career in hospitality with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Hospitality Management from Stenden, complemented by a minor in entrepreneurship from Stenden South Africa.
