Gavin Maxwell

Gavin Maxwell currently serves as Project Superintendent at Sea-Dar Construction since March 2024. Previously, Gavin held the position of Lead Carpenter at RPS Construction Corporation from March 2023 to April 2024, and as Carpenter at Porazzo Construction from September 2021 to November 2023. Starting in May 2016, Gavin worked as Project Manager at Tobar Excavating Inc until November 2023, focusing on the inspection of underground pipes and the management of tools and machinery on job sites. Gavin also has military experience as a Cadet in the United States Air Force from January 2019 to April 2022 and served as the Lacrosse Team Manager for the Men's Division 1 team at the University at Albany from September 2019 to March 2020, where responsibilities included ensuring equipment availability and game filming. Gavin holds a degree in Homeland Security, Terrorism, and Counterterrorism Operations from the University at Albany, completed in 2022.
