Hans Arnesen

Hans Arnesen is an experienced professional in project management and executive coaching, currently serving as a Sr Project Manager at Sea-Dar Construction since October 2021 and as an Executive Coach at Sharper Edge Coaching since July 2019. Previously, Hans held senior project management roles at Flower Construction and SilverLining Interiors, overseeing complex residential renovation projects and collaborating with architects and contractors. Hans has a diverse background that includes community organizing and church leadership, serving as Pastor at Messiah Lutheran Church and Associate to the Bishop at the New England Synod, where responsibilities included managing church operations and fundraising efforts. Educational qualifications include a Master of Divinity from Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia and a Bachelor of Arts in Crafts/Sculpture from Maryland Institute College of Art.
