Felix Ratheb

Felix Ratheb has extensive work experience in the food production industry. Felix started their career in 2003 as a Commercial Manager at Sea Harvest Group Ltd, a JSE listed food producer, and later became the Group Sales and Marketing Director. In 2013, they were appointed as the CEO of Sea Harvest Group, where they managed various operations in South Africa and Australia. Additionally, they have served as a Board and Exco Member, Chairman at Groundfish Forum Inc since 2015 and as an Executive Committee Member at SADSTIA since 2019. Furthermore, Felix Ratheb has held positions as a Non Executive Director at Mareterram Limited from 2016 to 2019 and as a Board Member at the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) from 2016 to 2019.

Felix Ratheb completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (Hons) from the University of the Witwatersrand between 1991 and 1995. Felix then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance and Economics from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town, which they completed between 1999 and 2000.
