Jennings Fields is an experienced marketing and management professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Membership and Director of Marketing at Sea Island Company since July 2011, Jennings co-led the development and execution of the annual marketing plan and oversaw digital marketing initiatives. Previously held the role of General Manager for Cottage Rentals, managing over 60 team members and ensuring top and bottom line performance. Earlier roles include Manager of Reservations, and Marketing Consultant at ResortQuest, where Jennings directed various marketing and branding initiatives. Jennings holds an MBA from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics, Marketing, and Management from Mercer University.
