Louise Lanier has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Louise most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Sea Island Company since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Remington Hotels from July 2018 to May 2022. Before that, they worked at Wyndham Vacation Ownership, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources from October 2013 to June 2018, and as the Director of Human Resources from June 2007 to October 2013.
Louise Lanier earned a Bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Theory from Sonoma State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1996. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification in 2018 and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification in November 2015 from SHRM.
