Lonnie Kraft

Lonnie Kraft has a diverse background in the restaurant industry, currently serving as an Assistant at Sea Island Shrimp House since March 2023. Prior to this, Lonnie amassed significant experience as a Restaurant Manager at Cracker Barrel, starting in July 2001, and held a similar managerial position at Bill Miller Bar B Que from June 1999 to July 2001. Lonnie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Public Relations from Texas State University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Physical Education from Southwest Texas State University San Marcos, both completed between 1982 and 1987.
