Anthony Barker

Anthony Barker has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Anthony started their career as a Franchise Manager at University Painters in 1996, where they successfully managed the largest painting franchise in the company's history. Anthony then worked as a Franchise Manager Recruiter at University Painters from 1997 to 1999, where they maintained a high conversion ratio in selecting new franchise managers.

In 2000, they joined Andersen, LLP as a Management Consultant, specializing in change management and process improvement. Anthony facilitated process redesigns and software implementations to enhance organizational efficiencies for clients.

Barker joined S-E-A in 2001 as a National Sales Representative, expanding the Chicago office and establishing the company as a leader in the regional market. Anthony was later promoted to various roles, including Marine & Energy Practice Group Manager, Assistant Manager of the Chicago Office, and Manager of the Chicago Office. In their most recent role as the Director of Regional Operations, they oversaw all central and western operations, managing P&L, territory and office expansion, and general management.

Throughout their career, Barker demonstrated strong leadership and business acumen, achieving significant revenue milestones and successfully resolving client issues.

Anthony Barker earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, and Marketing from Miami University between 1995 and 1999. Anthony then pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Finance, Management & Strategy, Management & Organizations, Marketing, and International Business from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2008 to 2011. Anthony also obtained a Diploma from Upper Arlington High School during the period of 1991 to 1995. In addition, they achieved the CSRP (Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional) certification from the National Association of Subrogation Professionals in May 2015.
