Lauren Lamm is the Vessel Test Lead at Sea Machines Robotics. Lauren has always been interested in maritime work and has worked in the industry for many years. Lauren started their career as a Deck Cadet with Maersk Line Limited in December 2011 and worked their way up to Chief Mate Unlimited Tonnage/Oceans with Otto Candies, LLC by July 2018. During their time at Otto Candies, Lauren also worked as an Admissions Associate for the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. In their current role as Vessel Test Lead, Lauren is responsible for testing and troubleshooting vessels and ensuring that they meet all safety standards.
Lauren Lamm has a Master of Science from Massachusetts Maritime Academy in Maritime Business Management, a Bachelor of Science from Massachusetts Maritime Academy in Marine Transportation, and a High School Diploma from Boston Latin Academy in 2009.
They work with Jin Zhiying - Senior Director, Software Engineering, Mei Li - Lead Autonomy Engineer, and Jesse Roper - User Interface Team Lead. Lauren Lamm reports to Ephraim Dobbins, VP, Product Development & Engineering.
