Meli Bless

Meli Bless has extensive experience in healthcare and analysis, currently serving as a Managed Care Utilization and Data Analyst at Sea Mar Community Health Centers since July 2009, where responsibilities include assisting with outreach campaigns and analyzing ACD call data. Previously, Meli held the position of Call Center Manager, overseeing a team of over 50 employees and managing a high volume of medical appointment calls. In addition, Meli has been a Zumba Instructor since May 2015 and worked as a Business Analyst at Verisign from April 2000 to December 2008. Meli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Universidad del Sagrado Coraz and has completed a Master's degree.
