Michael Gallagher

Michael Gallagher serves as the Bosun (Deck Manager) at Sea Shepherd Conservation Society since June 2018, focusing on the protection of marine ecosystems through innovative direct-action tactics. Previously, Michael held various positions in IT and systems management, including IT Manager/System Engineer at Noritz America and Senior Systems Administrator at eAgency. With a career spanning over two decades, Michael has also been involved with Great Escape Charters, Splash of Color, Quality Systems, Inc., and Ronpak, Inc. Michael's educational background includes studies at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, ongoing education at Coastline College, and certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer from New Horizons Computer Learning Center.
