Tim Leinhart has had a long and varied career in the retail industry. Tim began in 2003 as a Buyer for Follett Higher Education Group. In 2005, they became the Playbill Club Manager, where they managed the over 250,000 members of the Playbill Club and updated the website and club offers. Tim was also the Executive Assistant to the Director of Online and Theatrical Sales. In 2008, they were Content Editor for The Other Tradition, where they oversaw the production of online and print materials for publication, edited copy, and worked with writers throughout the publishing process. In 2009, they became Store Manager for Oliviers & Co. In 2010, they were Copywriter and Sales Associate for LeRoux Associated Stores, developing a website for a chain of three New England based stores selling kitchen goods and housewares, managing social media marketing, and overseeing customer cultivation and customer service online. In 2012, they became Digital & Social Media Lead for Chloe's Soft Serve Fruit Co., creating and curating all content for social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) resulting in a 60% increase in customer acquisition, and producing and managing all marketing collateral for over 50 onboarding accounts. Finally, in 2014, they became Operations Manager for Sea to Table.
Tim Leinhart began their educational journey in 1995 when they attended Cooperstown High School and graduated in 1999. Tim then attended Cornell University from 2000 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts. After this, they obtained a Project Management Certificate from Cornell University in January 2019. Finally, they attended Emerson College from 2007 to 2009, earning a MA in Journalism.
