Shaun Knoll

Shaun Knoll has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Shaun is currently the Vice President of Technology at Sea Tow Services International, Inc. Since joining in July 2023, they have held this role. Previously, they worked at Orca Security as the Sr Director - Sales Engineering from June 2021 to April 2023. Shaun spent a significant portion of their career at Akamai Technologies, where they held the position of Sr. Director from January 2004 to March 2021. At Akamai, they led a team of Security Architects and was responsible for sales, support, and thought leadership of the company's security products. Shaun also worked at Extreme Networks as a Sr. Systems Engineer from 2003 to 2004, and at Masergy as a Sr. Systems Engineer in 2002. Prior to that, they were a Partner at Belenos from 2000 to 2002 and a Sr. Network Consultant at 3Com from 1997 to 2000. Shaun began their career as an Engineer at Intel Corporation from 1993 to 1995 and later worked as a Sr. Engineer at SMC Networks from 1990 to 1994.

Shaun Knoll attended the University at Buffalo from 1983 to 1987, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
