Annamaria M. is an experienced Technical Product Specialist currently at SEA Vision since October 2018, with previous roles including Software Tester, Technical Writer, and Service Desk. Prior to this, Annamaria worked as a Help Desk - Network Technician at Progetto8 S.r.l., providing L1-L2 support for a local wireless ISP and managing network configurations. Annamaria's background also includes ICT Technician responsibilities at Red Point Communication, focusing on the administration of a Digital Signage network, as well as Service Desk roles at BLUE COMM and Hemmersbach, where coordination and inventory management were key tasks. Annamaria began a career in help desk support at ecare CRM Business Solutions for Vodafone Italia. Annamaria holds a diploma from Liceo Statale Ettore Majorana and studied at Università degli Studi di Milano.
