Elisa Hauhia has over 15 years of work experience. Elisa began their career in 2004 as a Sales Representative at Sokos Hotels Myyntipalvelu. In 2005, Elisa moved to Klaus K Hotel where they held the roles of Restaurant and Event Coordinator and Receptionist. In 2009, Elisa joined Eniram Oy and held the roles of Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, Marketing Project Manager, Office Manager, and Assistant. In 2018, Elisa became a Client Partner at Moove-it. Currently, Elisa is working as a B2B Marketing Professional at Kaisla Consulting and a Marketing Manager at Seaber.io.

Elisa Hauhia attended Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Tourism Management.
