Dimitar Tsvetkov

Dimitar Tsvetkov is a maritime professional with a strong background in navigation and ship operations. Currently serving as DPO/2nd Officer at Green Energy Group since December 2021, Tsvetkov previously held significant roles at Baleària, including Chief Officer on the M/V “Rosalind Franklin,” a Ro-Pax ship, and served as Second and Third Officer on other vessels, overseeing operations and crew management. Early career experience includes a tenure as Third Officer at Navigation Maritime Bulgare EAD, managing bridge operations on a Ro-Ro cargo ship. Tsvetkov holds a Bachelor's degree in Navigation from Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy and has a foundational education in Chemistry from the High School of Mathematics and Natural Science.
