Ephraim Carbellido is an experienced Electro Technical Officer and Electrical Engineer with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving at Element Ship Management/Kestrel Shipping Inc. within the Vships Group since November 2020, Ephraim has developed expertise in managing electrical systems on vessels. Prior to this role, Ephraim has been part of SeaBird Exploration since April 2002, taking on various positions including Electro Technical Officer and Electrical Engineer. Ephraim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from CTU-Cebu/UV Main Cebu, Philippines, earned between 1983 and 1988.
