Mikael Corgniard is an experienced professional in project management and financial consulting, currently serving as the project leader for the EOS project at Allianz IARD since February 2014, overseeing a team and implementing SCRUM methodologies. With a strong background in financial analysis, Mikael has contributed to multiple projects involving financial reporting, integration of accounting systems, and management of transitional operations at various companies including SCOR, AG2R La Mondiale, and HSBC Assurances.
