Nicolas Desport is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in transformation management, particularly within the finance functions of various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager at SeaBird since November 2011, Nicolas oversees a team of 40 consultants, focusing on financial efficiency and performance management. Previous roles include Manager of Finance Transformation, where responsibilities encompassed performance oversight, financial KPI rationalization, financial state analysis, and process reorganization for insurers and mutuals. Prior experience also includes project management for significant restructurings and the coordination of multiple stakeholders in complex financial environments. Nicolas holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets from SKEMA Business School and an MBA from Concordia University.
