Andrey Stanev has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Andrey started their career in 2010 as a Project Manager and Hardware Development Manager at VSTEP B.V. Andrey then worked as a Business Development and Project Manager in East Europe and the Middle East. Andrey also served as an Accounting Manager and a Software Product Manager during their time at VSTEP B.V.

In 2011, Andrey Stanev joined VSTEP as a Business Development and Project Manager, where they were responsible for hardware production and account management. Andrey also worked as a Captain Simulator Instructor and handled business development and project management.

Andrey Stanev later worked at MTG-Dolphin PLC as a Project Manager, overseeing shipbuilding projects. Andrey then became a Sales Manager of the Middle East and Asia Branch at the same company.

Andrey also gained experience as an ASD Tug Master at NAVIBULGAR and as a Tanker Pilot in St. Vincent at Rubis LT.

Before that, Andrey Stanev worked as an Instructor in the Naval Research and Qualification Center at Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy.

Recently, they hold the position of Expert Marine Technologies at the Technical University of Varna and as the Head of Business Development for Seably in Eastern Europe at Seably.

Andrey Stanev began their education in 1991 at the 1st German Language School in Varna, where they studied German and English Language. Andrey completed their high school education in 1996. After that, they attended the Naval Academy in Varna from 1996 to 2001, earning a Master's Degree in Navigation.

In addition to their formal education, Andrey Stanev obtained certifications from the VSTEP Simulation institution. In December 2010, they completed the VSTEP Installation and Maintenance course. During the same month and year, they also completed the VSTEP Train-the-Trainer Instructor Program.
