Barbara Smith

Barbara Smith, CPA, currently serves as the Assistant Corporate Controller at Seaboard Corporation, a position held since May 2015. Prior to this role, Barbara accumulated significant experience at WireCo WorldGroup, where responsibilities included Manager of SEC Reporting and SOX Compliance as well as Sr. Financial Analyst from May 2009 to May 2015. Earlier, Barbara worked at KPMG LLP as a Senior Audit Associate from July 2004 to April 2009. Barbara holds a Master of Accountancy degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business, earned between 1999 and 2004.
