Elby Garcia

Elby Garcia is an experienced engineer with expertise in mechanical engineering and engineering management. Currently serving as a Shift Engineer at Seaboard Corporation since October 2019, Elby directs and supervises the operation of engine units and electrical equipment to ensure safe and efficient power generation. Previously, Elby held positions as a Junior Mechanical Engineer at Seaboard Corporation, Design Engineer/Drafter at Latam Bioenergy, and managed equipment control at Odebrecht. Elby's educational background includes a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo.
